The role
We are seeking a Senior Workplace Operations Assistant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This position is vital to our daily success, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for office logistics, administrative support, and facility coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining the professional standards of our workspace while supporting our growing team.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating courier services, and maintaining inventory for both general office needs and IT equipment.
- Manage facility logistics such as vendor coordination for repairs and cleaning, access card and gate pass administration, and general building maintenance.
- Lead the planning and execution of office events, which includes arranging space, managing event materials, and coordinating catering requirements.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in administrative support and office management. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in handling clerical procedures, office systems, and facility management.
- Technical proficiency with computers and common office equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
