What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level Workplace IT Specialist to join us on a Full Time, on-site basis in Belgium. As our first dedicated internal IT hire, you will take ownership of our technology environment and ensure our team of 200 colleagues has the tools they need to succeed. You will be working with IT, Technology, macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Office 365, SaaS, ITSM, Jira, IAM, and User Support to streamline our daily operations.

• Provide comprehensive Level 1 and 2 technical support for both remote and on-site team members.
• Manage and optimize our ITSM processes using Jira to handle onboarding, asset management, and incident resolution.
• Oversee the lifecycle of our internal SaaS tools and identity access management in collaboration with our security team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who balances technical expertise with a genuine service mindset. You should be comfortable building processes from the ground up and explaining complex technical topics to colleagues with varying levels of expertise. You must be fluent in both French and English to communicate effectively across our international offices. We value candidates who have a structured approach to documentation and a proven track record of managing macOS and Windows environments. Experience with Google Workspace and SaaS-based tools is essential, as is a familiarity with IAM best practices and the ability to work autonomously while coordinating with HR and Operations teams.
