What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site position based in our Northeast Minneapolis headquarters, with additional oversight for our office in Bloomington. You will serve as the face of our company, balancing daily operations with culture-building initiatives to ensure our workspace is an exceptional environment for everyone.

What will you do?

Act as the primary point of contact for our Minneapolis headquarters, welcoming guests and team members while representing our brand values.
Manage daily office operations, including inventory, food and beverage programs, mail, janitorial services, and space planning.
Design and execute engaging company events, such as team outings, holiday celebrations, and leadership offsites, while collaborating with HR and IT to support our hybrid work culture.

You are a proactive professional with a passion for hospitality and operations. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

At least 3 years of experience in office management, workplace experience, hospitality, or operations.
Strong project management skills, including experience with vendor management, budget oversight, and logistics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a warm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
Fluency in English.
The ability to work on-site full-time and handle occasional after-hours facilities needs.
