What you'll be doing
- Managing the employee lifecycle by overseeing recruitment coordination, onboarding new team members, and ensuring every touchpoint is smooth and thoughtful.
- Driving process improvement by identifying friction in our current workflows and proactively suggesting smarter, more efficient ways to handle tasks.
- Maintaining data integrity by managing our HRIS and other internal tools to ensure our people data remains accurate and supports informed decision-making.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to take ownership of their work. You should be currently enrolled in a university program related to HR, Business, Psychology, or Law. You need to be based in Berlin and available to work from our hub near Moritzplatz as needed. We value candidates who are self-driven, calm in the face of ambiguity, and possess a natural desire to solve problems rather than just report them. You should have strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate with clarity and warmth. Proficiency in English is required, and any experience with tools like Personio, Leapsome, Notion, or Google Sheets is considered a plus.
