Role at a glance
We are hiring a Windows Systems Administrator to join us on a contractor basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. We are looking for someone with at least 24 months of experience who is ready to jump in and manage our Windows server and client networks.
Your impact
- You will lead the installation and upgrade process for our Windows-based systems and servers to ensure we are always running the latest technology.
- You will take charge of troubleshooting complex system errors, reviewing logs, and providing high-level technical support for both end users and our back-end infrastructure.
- You will actively monitor our system performance and security, maintaining the integrity of our server architecture and managing user access effectively.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be fluent in English and possess a strong technical background. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Windows server and client operating systems.
- Proven ability to handle system setup, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Deep expertise in network management, security protocols, and troubleshooting intricate IT issues.
