At Cytora, an Applied Systems company, we are redefining the insurance landscape by leveraging advanced AI and Generative AI to help brokers and insurers streamline their operations. Our mission is to replace manual workflows with automated, digital processes that improve risk evaluation and decision-making. We are currently seeking a Senior Webflow Developer and Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be the primary owner of our digital presence, ensuring our website effectively communicates our brand story and supports our growth objectives as we continue to scale.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our website design and development, including managing CMS updates, bug reporting, and technical performance audits.
- Collaborate with our marketing and leadership teams to execute go-to-market initiatives while maintaining high standards for site speed, indexing, and technical SEO.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality digital assets, including sales collateral, case studies, and white papers.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Webflow development and a strong portfolio of visual design work using tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid experience integrating Webflow with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- A background in B2B or enterprise SaaS marketing is essential for success in this position.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, solve technical problems independently, and communicate effectively in English.
