We are seeking a talented website designer with a strong proficiency in Webflow platform to give our website a new look and feel. As the Webflow Designer, you will be responsible for custom-built interactions and animations, setting up and maintaining a scalable design system, ensuring accessibility for all visitors, optimizing for SEO, removing unused sections and pages, making the pages easy to edit by other team members, and creating a blog page.

Responsibilities:

- Give the website a whole new look and feel, while maintaining brand guidelines and identity

- Create custom-built interactions and animations to enhance user experience

- Set up and maintain a scalable design system for consistent look and feel across the site

- Ensure accessibility for everyone visiting the domain

- Optimize for SEO to improve search engine rankings

- Remove unused sections and pages to streamline the user experience

- Make the pages easy to edit by other team members, ensuring consistency throughout the site

- Create a blog page and integrate it seamlessly with the rest of the site

Requirements

We are seeking a talented and experienced Webflow Designer and Developer to join our team. As a Webflow professional, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and functional websites using the Webflow platform. You will work closely with our design team to bring our website to life while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Custom integrations: Implement integrations for website functionalities and extensions, ensuring seamless integration and smooth user experience.

Rebrands & redesigns: Collaborate with the design team to give our websites a fresh and modern look, incorporating innovative design elements and layouts to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

SEO: Apply hands-on knowledge SEO best practices to optimize websites for search engines, improve visibility, and drive organic traffic to our website.

Interactions & animations: Utilize Webflow's capabilities to create captivating interactions and animations, adding a dynamic and engaging element to the website.

Design system setup: Establish and maintain a scalable design system within Webflow, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design elements, styles, and components.

Accessibility: Implement accessibility best practices to ensure our website is accessible to users, complying with WCAG guidelines and accessibility standards.

2-3 years of experience in Webflow Designing
