We're CourseCareers, and we're rethinking how people launch careers in tech. Instead of expensive degrees or questionable bootcamps, we offer focused three-month programs for around $500 that prepare graduates for well-paying entry-level roles. Our alumni have moved from driving trucks or working in coffee shops to earning $70K in their first tech sales positions, and we're now expanding into additional high-demand fields where employers struggle to find trained talent.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and launching site updates in Webflow while shaping how our mission and brand appear to visitors.
- Running A/B tests, analyzing heatmaps and conversion data, and reporting results to improve sign-up rates and guide learners toward the career paths with the strongest job prospects.
- Participating in UX research interviews and receiving training in product-management fundamentals so you can contribute to broader product decisions.
What you'll bring
You'll need strong UI design skills and the ability to explain your design choices clearly in writing. An ownership mindset and comfort working quickly and independently are essential, along with an intuitive sense for copywriting. Prior experience owning conversion improvements through A/B testing is highly valued, and we look for someone who enjoys digging into data. Familiarity with Webflow, CSS/HTML, heat-mapping tools, conversion analytics platforms, or purchase-path tracking is a plus but not required.
This role is conducted entirely remotely, with at least five overlapping hours each weekday in the Mountain time zone. English fluency is required.
What you'll get
The position begins with a two-to-four-week part-time period of about twenty hours per week so both sides can confirm the fit. Once you move to full time, the salary range is $65,000-85,000 per year. Health insurance will be offered soon, and you'll receive direct coaching from the Product Director-an opportunity to build associate-level product-management experience if that path interests you.
