Since our launch just 11 months ago, we have successfully engaged over 120,000 developers through our courses that teach people how to build, ship, and learn in the Web3 space. We value your actual work over traditional degrees or big-tech experience, and we believe in staying authentic, improving daily, and putting developers at the heart of everything we do. What you'll be doing

• Lead a local chapter in your city or university to help foster a community of like-minded developers.
• Organize and host workshops to refine your technical communication skills and perfect your pitch.
• Engage with our community to support other developers, solve technical hurdles, and contribute to the growth of the Web3 ecosystem.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this fellowship, you should be a Web3 native who is passionate about the space and comfortable with coding. We are looking for individuals who possess at least one of the following strengths:

• Communication skills, specifically the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Community building, with a natural talent for connecting people and helping them succeed.
• A relentless giving attitude, where you find joy in supporting and uplifting others.
• Independent problem solving, allowing you to debug, test, and resolve issues on your own.
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our global team.
