We are looking for a Senior Web Project Manager to join our team at a prominent asset management firm in the United Kingdom. You will work alongside our business analysts and project managers to drive our marketing initiatives and lead our upcoming web re-platforming project.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of multiple projects, including resource allocation and final delivery.
Identify project risks and develop effective contingency plans to keep work on track.
Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and risks through formal reporting, group meetings, and forums.
Maintain all necessary project documentation and ensure compliance with internal governance standards.
Translate complex business requirements into high-level specifications and design documents.
Act as the primary bridge between our business stakeholders and our external web development vendors.
Refine and improve our existing business processes to drive better outcomes.
Oversee testing requirements and coordinate responses to ensure high-quality delivery.

Must-haves

Between 5 and 10 years of experience in project management within the Investment Management sector.
Deep knowledge of investment industry processes, specifically within Marketing and Distribution.
Strong grasp of the project management lifecycle and digital systems architecture.
Experience with development frameworks, particularly Agile or RAD methodologies.
A proven track record of collaborating with external vendors, consultants, and global stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with web projects, including re-branding, site improvements, and transactional website implementations.
Fluency in English.
Understanding of data and application architecture.
