We are searching for a Senior Web Growth Strategist to join us for a 12-month contract. You will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, trials, and leads across Hootsuite.com and our other primary web properties by working alongside our developers, designers, writers, and analysts to execute high-impact conversion strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop, prioritize, and launch campaigns and projects designed to increase traffic and improve conversion rates.
Design user journeys, create wireframes, plan content hierarchies, and build web pages while reporting on their performance.
Execute rapid testing and iteration cycles to secure both incremental growth and significant wins.
Use performance data to generate insights that help you prioritize your workload based on actual business impact.
Manage projects with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating across digital channels to meet our revenue and acquisition goals.
Maintain a best-in-class web experience by participating in quality assurance, competitive audits, and team brainstorming sessions.

Must-haves

Extensive experience in conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, or web strategy, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment or a digital agency.
Deep knowledge of experimentation principles and conversion optimization.
Technical proficiency with web analytics tools such as GA4, Fullstory, Lookerstudio, and Tableau.
Practical experience with personalization and experimentation platforms like Mutiny and 6Sense.
Strong communication skills and a proven ability to set priorities and focus on high-impact opportunities.
A tenacious, curious, and humble mindset, with a commitment to integrity and collaborative success.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $78,400 to $109,800 CAD.

Flexible hybrid work arrangements, with the option to work remotely from Canada or the United States, or from our offices in Vancouver, Toronto, or Atlanta.
