About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Web Developer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, as you will be involved in everything from technical leadership and development to requirements analysis and client training. You will be a key player in ensuring our projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex Drupal sites, including the creation of custom modules and the management of core and contributed modules.
- Consult directly with clients to provide strategic guidance on web success, ensuring that all technical solutions align with their specific business goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality, accountability, and professional integrity.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong technical background and a proactive mindset. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or an equivalent level of professional experience.
- At least five years of experience in web development or design, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Deep proficiency in the LAMP stack, specifically with PHP, MySQL, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with client-side scripting and a commitment to building accessible, cross-browser, and pixel-perfect web interfaces.
- Active involvement in the Drupal community, with a preference for those experienced in educational or higher education sectors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort and proficiency using an Apple Mac for all daily development tasks.
Location
This position is based on-site in India.
