What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is perfect for an experienced developer who is ready to take on complex challenges and contribute to meaningful projects that support federal operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining and upgrading applications that handle everything from business analytics to document generation.

What will you do?

• You will build, upgrade, and maintain sophisticated web applications that directly address our clients' evolving requirements.
• You will manage the integration of these web applications with back-end SQL databases and various external APIs.
• You will collaborate closely with team members, including Database Administrators and Program Directors, to continuously enhance application functionality and the overall user experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a passion for building clean, secure code. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• You have at least 4 years of experience developing web applications using ColdFusion/CFML, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, and SQL.
• You are familiar with VSCode and have experience building and consuming web APIs using XML and JSON.
• You have a solid understanding of WCAG / Section 508 accessibility guidelines to ensure our interfaces are inclusive.
• You are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
