What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Web Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This position is perfect for a developer who excels at bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. You will be responsible for defining both the visual aesthetic and the functional performance of our applications.
What will you do?
- You will transform UI/UX design wireframes into pixel-perfect HTML and CSS code to create the visual elements of our applications.
- You will optimize our front-end components to ensure maximum speed, scalability, and performance by utilizing tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GtMetrix, and various W3C validators.
- You will collaborate closely with our designers and stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of our designs and maintain high standards for user input validation.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and UI/UX principles. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with modern front-end technologies and can adapt quickly to project requirements. It is a significant advantage if you have experience with the React ecosystem, specifically:
- React.js
- Webpack
- Redux
- Flux
- Enzyme
You should be fluent in English and capable of following our in-house project management systems and defined development processes.
