Since our launch in 2020, we have established ourselves as a trusted platform for collectors to buy, sell, and learn about horology. We are currently looking for a Senior Watch Sales professional to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. If you are a passionate watch enthusiast with a drive for building relationships and closing deals, we want you to help us shape the future of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Act as a knowledgeable advisor to our customers, using your expertise to guide them through the trade of timepieces while understanding their unique preferences and motivations.
- Take ownership of your own book of business by utilizing networking, referrals, and personalized outreach to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with our internal teams and utilize CRM software to identify growth opportunities, execute promotional strategies, and ensure every client receives a high-quality experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably within the secondary watch market or an auction house environment.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to manage client interactions and track performance.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor, with a natural ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- A deep-seated passion for watches and a desire to share that enthusiasm with our community.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
