We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Technician Lead to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will serve as a key leader responsible for overseeing our daily warehouse operations, ensuring that all goods are handled with the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You will play a vital part in organizing our internal workflows, driving team performance, and maintaining operational excellence as we support our production and assembly goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the timely and accurate receipt of all incoming goods while maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse environment.
- Coordinate the pulling and staging of parts specifically for pump assembly production orders, working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve any discrepancies.
- Utilize SAP for real-time inventory management, including processing orders, documenting goods movement, and tagging or packing products according to company procedures.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required, though an associate degree or vocational certification in logistics is preferred.
- At least 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience, with a minimum of 1 year spent in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven proficiency in SAP modules and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and certification to operate a forklift, along with the ability to safely handle overhead and jib cranes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret mechanical drawings and utilize various hand and power tools.
- Commitment to OSHA safety standards and the physical stamina to work in a demanding environment that involves lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to various weather conditions.
