The opportunity
We are looking for a Wallet Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will serve as a vital link in our operations, ensuring our wallet systems function smoothly while driving efficiency across our project lifecycles. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to solve technical challenges and improve our processes, making a direct impact on the experience of our users worldwide.
A day in the life
- You will manage the full project life cycle for wallet operations, ensuring that all team targets are met on time and in alignment with our broader goals.
- You will act as a primary point of contact for resolving wallet-related issues, coordinating with various teams to investigate problems and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- You will support your team lead by developing structured workflows and guidelines that streamline our daily operations and boost overall team productivity.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or management consulting. You possess a strong grasp of the blockchain and financial trading sectors, and you are comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. We value candidates who have excellent logical reasoning and communication skills in English. You are a self-starter who learns quickly and takes ownership of your work, and you are eager to contribute to a global, flat organization.
