What you bring

As our VP Product, you will step into a vital executive role based in Beit Haemek, Israel. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to frequent travel to the United States. You will be the primary architect of our product vision, ensuring that our roadmap aligns perfectly with our business goals and customer needs. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full product lifecycle, covering everything from initial concept and development to launch and eventual sunsetting.
• Overseeing the delivery of our complex, multi-disciplinary solutions that integrate both hardware and software components.
• Leading and mentoring our talented product teams to ensure high performance and clear strategic alignment across the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity. You should have spent at least 2 years navigating the fast-paced environment of a startup. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of lean and agile methodologies and the ability to productize complex, multi-disciplinary systems. We value candidates who hold an academic degree, preferably with a technical focus, and possess excellent communication skills in English. You should be a strategic thinker who is comfortable performing competitive analysis and acting as the voice of the customer within our internal teams.
