Role at a glance
We are hiring a VP, Product Management to join us on a Full Time basis at the Executive level. The role is fully Remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Your impact
- Lead and scale a high-performing product team by focusing on development, accountability, and measurable outcomes that move the business forward.
- Define and roll out company-wide product strategies that set a clear vision, align cross-functional leaders, and position you as a trusted advisor to the executive team.
- Champion a customer-first mindset across the organization while advocating for design excellence and guiding user research that directly informs product decisions.
What you'll need
You bring more than ten years of experience building exceptional product experiences at scale, with a proven record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You have built and matured product teams and worked closely with design, data science, and support functions. You are comfortable driving cultural change alongside engineering, leading through influence, and making thoughtful decisions on complex people matters. A strong commitment to DEI initiatives and the ability to balance business priorities with urgency and quality are essential. Occasional travel may be required for meetings and team events. English fluency is required. Experience in music technology or SaaS is a plus.
Perks and compensation
The national pay range for this role is $280,000 - $297,500, with individual compensation based on experience. We also offer the flexibility of fully remote work.
