What you bring

We are seeking a Senior VP of Product for our Capital Markets division to act as the vital link between our diverse trading desks and our engineering teams. This is a Full Time, remote role based anywhere that allows you to drive our product strategy across our derivatives, credit, and linear divisions. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Orchestrating product roadmaps across our OTC, Market Making, and DeFi desks to ensure a unified experience for our institutional clients.
• Partnering with our risk and quant teams to define the product logic for cross-asset margining and unified collateral management.
• Managing the internal demand process to ensure that engineering resources are focused on high-impact initiatives that provide the greatest return for the firm.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with over 10 years of experience in product management, specifically within capital markets or institutional digital assets. You must be fluent in both the language of traders and the technical requirements of developers, including APIs and smart contracts. A deep understanding of DeFi and Web3 mechanics is highly preferred. We are looking for a diplomatic leader who can influence high-performing stakeholders and move the organization toward a modular, unified system architecture. You should be an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment where you can demonstrate ownership and deliver scalable results. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
