We're looking for a sales leader who already lives and breathes crypto to help us scale revenue at one of the fastest-growing media brands in digital assets.
Role at a glance
VP of Sales is a full-time executive role. You will lead our media and subscription sales teams from anywhere in the world, reporting directly to a Co-Founder and owning day-to-day operations, coaching, and revenue performance.
Your impact
- Drive the entire sales pipeline forward by working side-by-side with Brand Partners to move deals quickly and hit or exceed aggressive revenue targets.
- Design and close complex, high-value agreements with protocols, foundations, and DAOs by deeply understanding each project’s structure and needs.
- Build a high-performing team through hands-on coaching, structured call and pipeline reviews, clear quota setting, and continuous process improvement.
What you'll need
You bring deep, native-level knowledge of crypto markets and the nuances of selling into protocols. Multiple years of direct sales-leadership experience across multiple channels are essential, along with a proven record of building strong teams and consistently delivering results. You thrive on operational rigor-quota setting, pipeline hygiene, call reviews-and you communicate fluently in English. A bias for action, comfort with rapid experimentation, and genuine excitement about developing others round out the profile.
Perks and compensation
Expected on-target earnings are $300,000 per year ($200,000 base, $100,000 variable).
