- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product managers and designers who are capable of executing our vision at scale.
- Analyze customer needs and competitive landscapes through direct engagement, including on-site visits, to inform product pricing, packaging, and lifecycle management.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in software leadership and a passion for solving complex problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in senior product management and leadership roles.
- A proven track record of success within enterprise and growth-stage software companies.

- A demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and develop top-tier product talent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bonus: Prior experience or knowledge of the government technology sector is highly valued, though not strictly required.
Compensation and benefits
We are committed to supporting our team members wherever they are located. This position offers the following benefit:
- Remote work flexibility.
