About the Role
We are looking for a VP of Product to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior leadership position where you will oversee our entire product suite, including product management, design, and user research. Reporting to the Co-head of Brigit, you will be responsible for scaling our consumer fintech business and guiding our cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a bold product vision that aligns with our mission to support underserved populations.
- Translate company priorities into clear roadmaps, resource decisions, and measurable product investments.
- Build, recruit, and mentor a world-class team while establishing agile frameworks to improve product velocity and quality.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of scaling consumer products.
- At least 3 years of experience in product leadership within an early-stage technology company.
- 5+ years of experience specifically working with consumer mobile products.
- Deep expertise in data-informed decision-making, consumer insights, and business economics like retention and monetization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and nurture a culture of empowered, autonomous teams.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $230,000 to $290,000, with an additional 25-30% annual bonus opportunity. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
