The opportunity

We are looking for a visionary VP of Product & Engineering to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical execution and our product strategy. You will guide our talented teams to build solutions that not only scale but also directly improve the lives of our students. As a key executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology stack and ensuring that our product roadmap remains perfectly aligned with our mission to democratize education.

A day in the life

• You will mentor and lead our product managers and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence while delivering high-quality solutions.
• You will translate our company vision into a concrete product roadmap, ensuring every feature we build serves our students effectively.
• You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to bridge the gap between technical development and business success, while overseeing the reliability and security of our platform.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience in engineering leadership or product management. You possess a deep, practical understanding of agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle. Because we value clear communication, you are comfortable navigating complex interpersonal dynamics and can articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are an analytical thinker who thrives on solving difficult problems, and you have a genuine passion for using innovation and technology to drive meaningful change.
