We are Aevi, and we are on a mission to transform the landscape of in-person payment orchestration. Our platform serves as a vital bridge for processors, ISVs, and strategic clients, helping them navigate complex payment ecosystems with ease. We are currently looking for a visionary leader to help us expand our footprint in the United States and solidify our reputation as the partner of choice for modern, integrated payment solutions.
What is this role?
We are seeking a VP of Pre-Sales to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level leadership position where you will take full ownership of our U.S. pre-sales function. You will be instrumental in building a high-performing organization that bridges the gap between technical complexity and commercial success, reporting directly to our SVP of Product and Solutions.
What will you do?
- Lead the strategic execution of our U.S. pre-sales efforts to accelerate integrations for our processors, ISVs, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate across internal departments, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery, to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Translate intricate market requirements into scalable technical solutions while reducing friction for our partners and clients.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and commercial drive. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- Leadership experience: A proven track record of building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing teams within fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Industry expertise: A deep understanding of payment ecosystems, integration architectures, and enterprise SaaS environments.
- Communication skills: The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences and manage stakeholders across both technical and commercial functions.
- Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to connect technical solutions to clear customer outcomes.
- Education: A degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
While not required, it is a bonus if you have an established network within the U.S. payments industry or specific knowledge regarding payment certifications and regulatory requirements.
What's in it for you?
We value the well-being of our team and are committed to providing a flexible work environment. As part of our team, you will enjoy the following benefit:
- Remote work flexibility, allowing you to contribute from anywhere.
