The role

We are seeking a VP of Marketing to lead our dynamic marketing department. This is a full-time, executive-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. We are looking for a seasoned leader who can build and manage high-performing teams within a growth-stage environment, ensuring our marketing efforts are both strategic and impactful.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive company growth and solidify our brand positioning.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration across product, sales, and solution delivery teams to ensure a unified strategic direction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee, mentor, and inspire our marketing team to ensure the effective execution of high-impact campaigns and marketing plans.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:

• Over 10 years of corporate and product marketing experience specifically within a B2B technology company.
• A proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while supporting multiple teams simultaneously.
• A deep understanding of buying-team behaviors and how they influence enterprise IT decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and execute strategies with speed and precision.
• Exceptional attention to detail balanced with a high-level strategic focus on market opportunities.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 USD per year. We offer a competitive total rewards package designed to support you at work and at home, including:
