About the Role

We are looking for an experienced VP of Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this executive role, you will lead our marketing efforts, driving growth and ensuring our brand messaging resonates across the market. You will be responsible for crafting and executing high-level strategies that align with our business goals while inspiring and mentoring our talented marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive company growth and strengthen our market positioning.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between marketing, product development, sales, and solution delivery departments to ensure a unified strategic direction.
  • Oversee, mentor, and guide the marketing team to ensure the effective execution of high-impact campaigns and marketing plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Over 10 years of corporate and product marketing experience specifically within a B2B technology environment.
  • A proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings while supporting multiple teams simultaneously.
  • A deep understanding of buying-team behaviors and how they influence enterprise IT decision-making.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to execute tasks with speed and precision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaborative leadership and a keen attention to detail.

Location

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support you both at work and at home, including:
