About the Role
We are seeking a VP of Marketing, North America to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this executive-level position, you will serve as a key leader within our organization, responsible for driving our business goals while strengthening our brand presence. You will lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of approximately 8 to 10 professionals, overseeing areas such as field marketing, creative development, social media strategy, and brand partnerships. We need someone who balances a highly analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving to help us continue our trajectory of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive North American marketing plans, including promotional calendars, media strategies, and go-to-market initiatives that drive demand and deepen customer relationships.
- Oversee marketing operations and creative direction, ensuring effective management of agencies, vendors, and production workflows while maintaining brand consistency.
- Analyze the performance of all marketing activities to provide data-driven insights that inform future strategies, product positioning, and promotional planning.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of leadership experience in brand management, product management, or marketing within the CPG, restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- A proven track record of building brand awareness and value in a high-growth, multi-unit organization.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or analytics is required, while an MBA is highly preferred.
- Strong experience leading high-performing teams and managing complex relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Prior experience with multi-unit retail or restaurant franchisee marketing is strongly preferred.
Location
This position is based in the United States, with our headquarters located in the Greater Philadelphia area.
