Role at a glance

We are seeking an executive-level VP of Global Sales to serve as the primary commercial engine for our company. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in Los Angeles, California. You will be responsible for defining our global strategy, driving enterprise adoption, and building a high-performing sales organization from the ground up.

Your impact

  • Define and execute our global commercial strategy by targeting financial institutions, digital wallets, and platforms that require modern, interoperable payment infrastructure.
  • Build and mentor a world-class sales team, establishing a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence while setting aggressive growth targets.
  • Lead the entire enterprise sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and complex negotiations to closing high-stakes deals with regulated financial entities.

What you'll need

  • Over 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships with a proven history of revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in global payments infrastructure, including familiarity with FX, treasury, disbursements, and the compliance requirements of regulated financial institutions.
  • A track record of successfully selling complex solutions to fintech companies, banks, and global payout platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with modern sales technology stacks, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and a willingness to travel globally to cultivate strategic relationships.
  • A self-starting mindset that thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments where you can bring structure to ambiguity.
