The role
We are looking for a VP IT Engineering to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is an executive-level position designed for a leader who is passionate about coaching and mentorship. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our IT Engineering teams, fostering an environment where self-directed professionals can execute against our corporate strategy within an Agile framework.

- Provide dedicated career counseling, performance evaluation, and personal development guidance to help team members reach their full potential.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and autonomy by managing boundaries that empower teams to own the quality of their work and drive product delivery.
- Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent while teaching the technical principles necessary to support high-quality systems and solutions.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong expertise in Engineering Leadership, Performance Analysis, and Personnel Management. We require candidates to have a bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and work experience, along with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience. A master's degree is preferred. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and you should be comfortable navigating complex technical environments while maintaining a balanced, data-driven approach to workflow improvement.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $240,000. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual performance-based incentive. Our benefits package includes:
