About the Role
We are seeking a VP Growth Sales & Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an executive-level position where you will take charge of our revenue-generating activities. You will be responsible for driving innovation in our new business development, implementing data-driven processes, and integrating new service offerings into our sales cycle. You will lead a talented team and work closely with our leadership to scale our operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Take strategic ownership of our sales and marketing departments, ensuring their continuous evolution and alignment with our growth goals.
- Provide leadership and coaching to our team leads, fostering an environment of empowerment and cross-functional collaboration.
- Directly engage with decision-makers at the C-level to build lasting relationships and drive the acquisition of major client projects.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic insight and hands-on operational experience. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in IT sector sales, covering both new and existing client business.
- Proven track record of leadership, specifically managing across multiple levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-growth sales and marketing structures.
- Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Professional proficiency in both German and English.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Location
This role is based in Germany and follows a hybrid work model, combining our office-first approach in Cologne with flexible remote work options.
