What is this role?
We are seeking a high-performing VP, E-Commerce Sales to join our Sales Leadership Team. This is a full-time, executive-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will report directly to our Chief Customer Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping our omnichannel growth strategy, with a significant focus on scaling our presence on Amazon and across other key retail partners.
What will you do?
- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute our omnichannel growth strategy while driving digital commerce fluency across the entire organization.
- Lead our digital retail business by managing 4P excellence, including content, pricing, and promotional planning, to maximize brand impact and conversion.
- Build scalable reporting tools and processes to monitor digital shelf performance, mitigate customer friction, and identify new opportunities for innovation.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a strategic thinker with at least 15 years of experience in sales or marketing, including 7 or more years in senior leadership roles within the CPG industry. You possess deep expertise in the Amazon ecosystem, including its tools, media operations, and long-term growth planning. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of balancing high-level executive storytelling with the operational details required to drive results. You should be a collaborative partner who excels at building relationships and coaching cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
