With the backing of a 175 million EUR strategic investment from Blackstone Inc. and a reputation as a four-time winner of the Best Sports Betting Operator in CEE, we are now looking for a visionary leader to help us expand our reach. What you'll be doing

You will design and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy across our sports, gaming, and payments sectors, ensuring that every deal aligns with our long-term product roadmaps and corporate goals.
You will act as the primary executive contact for our most significant partners, fostering deep, long-term relationships while navigating complex negotiations to ensure mutual growth and financial success.
You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation while representing Superbet as a thought leader at industry events and forums.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise:

At least 10 years of experience in commercial partnerships or strategic business development, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
A proven track record of managing large-scale partnerships and optimizing revenue within the sports, gaming, or payments industries.
Exceptional strategic thinking and financial acumen, allowing you to structure complex deals and analyze market intelligence to maintain our competitive edge.
Strong communication skills that enable you to build rapport with executive-level stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English.
