What you'll be doing

• You will design and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy across our sports, gaming, and payments sectors, ensuring that every deal aligns with our long-term product roadmaps and corporate goals.
• You will act as the primary executive contact for our most significant partners, fostering deep, long-term relationships while navigating complex negotiations to ensure mutual growth and financial success.
• You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation while representing Superbet as a thought leader at industry events and forums.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise:

• At least 10 years of experience in commercial partnerships or strategic business development, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• A proven track record of managing large-scale partnerships and optimizing revenue within the sports, gaming, or payments industries.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and financial acumen, allowing you to structure complex deals and analyze market intelligence to maintain our competitive edge.
• Strong communication skills that enable you to build rapport with executive-level stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
