What you bring
As a senior volunteer crew member, you will play a vital role in our on-site operations based in the Netherlands. This volunteer position is perfect for those who are passionate about marketing and travel. You will be responsible for assisting our team during flights to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your primary duties will include the following.
- Serving as a co-pilot to assist with flight deck operations.
- Managing baggage handling to ensure all items are stored correctly.
- Acting as a flight attendant to support passenger comfort and safety.
Requirements
We believe that passion and a willingness to learn are just as important as technical knowledge. While we value those with a background in marketing, we welcome applicants from all walks of life. You should be comfortable communicating in English, as it is the primary language for our training and operations. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, reliable, and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment. Since we provide all the necessary training on the job, you do not need prior aviation experience to succeed in this role.
