The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior VMWare Horizon VDI Administrator to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will take ownership of our virtual desktop environment. Your work will directly impact how our users interact with their applications and data every day. You will be the go-to person for designing, deploying, and optimizing our VDI solutions, ensuring that our systems remain secure, scalable, and efficient as our business continues to grow.

A day in the life

• You will architect and deploy VMWare Horizon solutions that align with our specific business needs while maintaining virtual desktop images and pools.
• You will keep a close eye on system performance, proactively troubleshooting issues and fine-tuning resources to ensure a smooth experience for all users.
• You will partner with our broader IT team to integrate VDI components with our existing infrastructure and implement security protocols that protect our virtual assets.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of virtualization technology and a knack for clear communication. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and you have built a solid career managing VMWare environments. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of networking, storage, and security, and you approach technical challenges with a calm, analytical mindset. Because you will be working closely with various departments, you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with ease. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and while not mandatory, holding a VCP-DTM certification or having experience with cloud technologies will certainly make your application stand out.
