About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Visual & Motion Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as a guardian of our visual identity, creating high-quality brand and performance visuals across all digital and print touchpoints. This is a hands-on position where you will balance brand integrity with performance-driven design to ensure our message is both recognizable and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on visual assets for performance marketing channels, including paid social, display, and affiliate campaigns.
• Design and animate short-form motion assets for video ads and social media while translating our brand guidelines into clear motion principles.
• Develop brand visuals for web projects, such as landing pages and campaign sections, while also producing print collateral like infographics and event materials.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in visual and motion design, either in an agency or in-house setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience working with AI content generation tools to improve efficiency and support creative experimentation.
• A strong ability to design within established brand systems while maintaining the flexibility to solve problems when standard approaches do not fit.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Location

This position is based in the Netherlands and operates on a hybrid work model, allowing you to split your time between your home office and our carbon-neutral office in Amsterdam.

Compensation and Benefits
