About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Visual Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will work closely with our Director of Design and Director of Marketing to produce compelling visual assets that support our marketing and sales initiatives. You will play a key part in evolving our brand identity and ensuring that our visual presence remains consistent, professional, and impactful across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a diverse array of digital and print materials, including landing pages, social media content, email campaigns, presentation decks, and conference collateral.
- Partner with our design, marketing, and sales departments to refine and strengthen our overall brand identity.
- Take ownership of specific projects, such as marketing campaign launches, sales enablement updates, and conference booth design, while managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of professional experience in visual design, with a preference for those who have worked within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrate a strong command of visual design principles and a commitment to high-quality output.
- Maintain excellent project management skills, including the ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Show high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign for print projects, alongside Figma, Canva, and GSuite.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design, digital media, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
- Exhibit a customer-centric mindset with a desire to understand our audience to create designs that truly resonate.
Location
This position is based in Canada. We operate with a flexible hybrid model, and you will be expected to commute to our office 1 to 2 times per week.
