Video Systems Engineer at First Global Management Services, Inc.

We are looking for a skilled Video Systems Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. At FIRST, we are a leading global brand experience agency that brings people and brands together through creative, connected experiences. With over 25 years of history and a team of more than 700 members across 12 countries, we partner with clients in industries ranging from technology and media to automotive and healthcare. In this role, you will be embedded within a prominent technology company, where you will manage video facilities, networks, and file-based workflows to ensure our productions are seamless and high-quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance for events and conferences, acting as a primary resource for troubleshooting and operational questions.
• Oversee the commissioning and maintenance of facility systems, including routing between event spaces and control rooms.
• Design, install, and test new equipment and circuitry while maintaining updated software and firmware to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience, including 3 or more years working within digital production or broadcast facilities.
• Strong technical proficiency in video switching, signal flow, and broadcast standards, including a deep understanding of TCP/IP networking and fiber optic transmission.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard equipment from manufacturers such as Ross, Sony, Panasonic, and Blackmagic Design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and service-oriented in high-pressure, live production environments.
• The ability to work on-site and maintain flexibility regarding working hours to meet production demands.

What we offer
