What you bring

As our Vice President of Sales, you will serve as an executive leader reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for defining our commercial strategy and overseeing our sales, marketing, corporate development, and customer success teams. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a player-coach mentality and a deep commitment to building a high-performing culture. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy that drives scalable, predictable revenue growth across health systems and hospital-at-home markets.
  • Leading, mentoring, and holding accountable our revenue-generating teams while partnering with product and finance leadership to refine our go-to-market approach.
  • Initiating and closing complex strategic deals with c-suite executives and managing high-impact distribution partnerships to meet our long-term objectives.

Requirements

We are seeking an executive with over 10 years of experience leading growth initiatives, specifically within the SaaS-based data monitoring and hardware sectors. You must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, though a Master’s is preferred. The ideal candidate is a proven 0-to-1 commercial leader who understands how to evangelize new solutions and navigate the complexities of the healthcare ecosystem. You should possess exceptional business acumen, a metrics-driven mindset, and the ability to use data analytics to guide decision-making. We value candidates who are highly collaborative, possess high emotional intelligence, and have a track record of building strong, trusting relationships with boards and executive teams. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be willing to travel extensively to engage with customers and our global team.
