HUMAN Security is looking for a strategic Vice President, Product Operations to join our team and drive operational excellence across our product and engineering organizations. Founded in a Brooklyn bookstore in 2012, we have grown into a powerhouse that verifies over 20 trillion interactions per week, protecting global enterprises from sophisticated bot attacks, fraud, and account abuse through our Human Defense Platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable frameworks and processes to improve efficiency across the entire product lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary conduit for product strategy, ensuring that insights from customers and corporate goals are clearly communicated to the product team.
- Lead product planning and roadmap development to maintain synchronization between Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Manage and optimize essential tools, including Jira and Productboard, to support team coordination and reporting.
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives by working closely with program managers to ensure successful execution.
- Define and track key performance indicators to ensure team productivity and operational health.
- Manage FinOps for cloud infrastructure to ensure cost efficiency in our product development efforts.
- Lead a global team of approximately 12 professionals while remaining hands-on with daily execution.
Must-haves
- Over 15 years of experience in product operations or a related function within a complex, fast-paced technology company.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of driving Agile adoption at scale.
- Strong background in cybersecurity products.
- Extensive experience in program management with a focus on cross-functional alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and enforce repeatable, scalable processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience managing global teams in a player-coach capacity.
- Fluency in English.

- Hands-on experience specifically utilizing Jira and Productboard.

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $230,000, which may include additional incentives or bonuses based on experience and location.
