At Neura Health, we are building the nation’s largest virtual neurology practice to tackle the critical issue of long wait times for patients with conditions like epilepsy and chronic pain. With over 22 million dollars in funding from world-class investors, we are using AI-assisted diagnostics and advanced data analytics to bridge the gap in brain health. We invite you to join our mission-driven team as we scale our impact across the country.
What you bring
We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Vice President of Partnerships to join us in a full-time, senior capacity. This role is central to our growth as you will lead our efforts to build and manage partnerships with health systems throughout the United States. You will operate in a hybrid work environment, balancing the benefits of remote work with in-person collaboration. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to expand our presence within major health systems.
- Leveraging your professional network to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and senior leadership at provider organizations.
- Managing the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and contract negotiation to successful implementation and performance optimization.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of health system operations and has a proven track record of scaling B2B healthcare partnerships. You should have at least 6 years of experience in business development or strategy within the healthcare sector, preferably involving digital health or value-based care. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and negotiation skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A strong command of English is required, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting is highly valued. You should demonstrate a high-ownership mindset, a low-ego approach to teamwork, and a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes.
What we offer
We provide a competitive compensation package that includes an annual salary range of $155,000 to $241,805, plus a commission opportunity of $100,000 to $150,000. In addition to salary and equity, we offer the following perks:
- Hybrid work schedule to support a flexible and productive work-life balance.
How to Apply
If you are excited about the prospect of shaping the future of neurology and have the experience to drive our partnership strategy forward, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to join our team, and let us know how your background aligns with our mission to revolutionize access to neurological care.
