What you bring
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This executive-level role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere we are registered to employ. You will be responsible for driving our growth, building brand affinity, and expanding our market leadership by blending data-driven strategies with creative storytelling. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses performance marketing, product marketing, lifecycle engagement, and PR to fuel customer acquisition and awareness.
- Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally with our product, sales, and operations departments.
- Managing marketing KPIs, forecasting, and reporting to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position brings over 10 years of marketing leadership experience within the direct-to-consumer, home services, or consumer tech sectors. You should possess deep expertise in performance marketing, brand building, and lifecycle strategies. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable using data to drive decisions while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in English is required, and you should have a proven track record of scaling marketing spend efficiently while managing high-impact teams. A genuine passion for outdoor living and the benefits it provides to homeowners is essential for success in this role.
