We are partnering with a prominent leader in the Home Services industry to find a new Vice President of Information Technology. In this executive role, you will guide our technology team as we deliver essential solutions to our brand partners throughout the United States and Canada. You will be at the center of our growth, ensuring that our technical infrastructure, application development, and security protocols evolve to meet the needs of our expanding portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- You will provide strategic leadership and mentorship to our IT team, ensuring that every project aligns with our broader company objectives.
- You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our IT products and services, making sure that we deliver high-quality results on time and within our established budgets.
- You will act as a key collaborator with our executive leadership and brand presidents to identify ways to streamline our processes and scale our technology to handle increasing complexity.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software development and project management, along with the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in an IT leadership role, specifically managing teams and delivering complex technical solutions.
- A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, and various software development tools like C#, .NET, Jira, and SQL.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
