What you bring

As our Vice President of Engineering, you will serve as a key executive leader, overseeing multiple engineering teams and shaping our long-term technical strategy. This full-time, remote position requires a deep background in software development and the ability to foster a results-driven culture. You will work closely with our Chief Technology Officer and product leadership to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and perfectly aligned with our business goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Partnering with cross-functional leaders to define technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.
• Championing a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth across the entire technology organization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 5 years managing multiple teams and mentoring other managers. You should possess a strong command of enterprise-grade platforms, such as Ruby, and have proven experience building and integrating complex systems on Salesforce. We value candidates who are fluent in English and have a solid grasp of Agile methodologies. Beyond your technical expertise, we are looking for a leader who is empathetic, results-oriented, and passionate about solving complex challenges at scale. Experience in the financial services industry is highly beneficial, as is a track record of driving business value through modern, scalable architecture.
