The Role:
We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead our engineering teams in hardware engineering, firmware development, tools, SDKs & applications development, and manufacturing in our Stockholm office. This executive role will be a key part of the leadership team, responsible for driving the technical vision and execution of Yubico’s engineering strategies, overseeing product development from design to manufacturing, and ensuring that Yubico’s products continue to meet the highest standards of security, performance, and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hardware and firmware engineering, along with exposure to manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing engineering team while collaborating closely with other departments to ensure smooth product development and successful product launches.
