Role at a glance

We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to join our team in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to lead our global engineering organization from anywhere while driving the technological excellence that powers our healthcare solutions.

Your impact

• Define and execute our overarching engineering strategy, translating high-level business goals into actionable roadmaps and sprint-by-sprint operations.
• Build and scale a world-class, global engineering organization by attracting top talent, mentoring senior leaders, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Oversee the development of our cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring we leverage automation, infrastructure-as-code, and emerging technologies like Generative AI to maintain a competitive edge in a highly secure, regulated environment.

What you'll need

We are looking for a seasoned leader who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for building high-performing teams. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• Over 15 years of experience in engineering, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles managing managers and directors across multiple time zones.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
• A proven track record of managing Agile operations and delivering software within secure, regulated frameworks such as SOC-2 or HIPAA.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use SQL and other tools to build dashboards and operational forecasts.
• A forward-thinking mindset with a demonstrated ability to integrate new technologies, such as Generative AI, into product development.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical teams, executive leadership, and our customers.
