At Color Health, we are on a mission to transform cancer care by operating the nation’s first Virtual Cancer Clinic. We provide physician-led, multidisciplinary support to patients across all 50 states, covering everything from risk assessment and screening to treatment and survivorship. The opportunity
As our Vice President of Marketing, you will serve as a central architect of our go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on executive role for a leader who is native to the healthcare and benefits space. Your primary goal is to scale our market presence, differentiate our brand in a competitive landscape, and design growth strategies that directly fuel our sales pipeline. You will be a vital partner to our sales team, ensuring our narrative evolves alongside our product offerings while maintaining the high standard of excellence that defines Color.
A day in the life
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and hits aggressive pipeline growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing marketing team while personally contributing to high-impact content, such as white papers and case studies, that establishes our thought leadership.
- Collaborate across the organization to introduce efficient new tools and models, while managing our marketing budget with precision to ensure every dollar spent delivers measurable impact.
Who you are
You are a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in full-stack marketing, specifically within the B2B healthcare delivery and benefits sector. You have a proven track record of building brands from the ground up and scaling them through the evolution of a company. You are a high-agency leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses a low ego, and excels at simplifying complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. You are fluent in English and possess the analytical rigor to measure KPIs while remaining creative enough to craft differentiated campaigns. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are ready to take full ownership of our marketing efforts.
