As we continue to advance our mission, we are looking for a transformational and dynamic leader to join us as our Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Operations. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and high performance of our technology platforms while driving the strategic vision for our infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the strategy and development of our IT infrastructure and operations, maturing existing processes to build a high-performing team that consistently meets our 99.999% availability goals.
• Oversee the design and management of scalable technology solutions, partnering with the CISO and senior leadership to ensure all systems are secure, efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Drive operational excellence by managing vendor relationships, overseeing financial budgets and forecasting, and fostering seamless collaboration between DevOps and IT operations teams to deliver value across the organization.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this executive role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience directing technology operations, along with 10 years of proven people management experience.
• Deep expertise in DevOps, ITSM, and Cloud migration programs, specifically with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong proficiency in Financial Management, Vendor Management, and Project Management.
• A solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and the ability to apply technology solutions to complex business problems.
• Exceptional communication and Stakeholder Engagement skills, with the executive presence necessary to lead and mentor teams across the organization.
• Fluency in English.
