The role
We are seeking a Vice President, Information Technology to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is an executive-level position based in our Plano, Texas headquarters, with a transition to Dallas, Texas, scheduled for November 2024. You will be responsible for the overarching design, development, and implementation of our organizational information systems, software applications, and IT infrastructure.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear technology strategy that aligns with our broader business goals while managing the technology footprint for Learfield and its subsidiaries.
- Lead our Information Security, Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance teams to ensure robust protections for our organizational data and systems.
- Oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure maintenance, vendor management, budget allocation, and the professional development of our technical staff.
Skills and experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 12 years of experience in IT roles, specifically involving system implementation and project management.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven team leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in Windows and Office 365 environments, along with extensive knowledge of the cyber security landscape.
- Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft, Slack, Zoom, Teams, and WebEx.
- A willingness to travel as required to support our various locations and initiatives.
