Since our founding in 2000, we have dedicated ourselves to making the music industry more transparent, fair, and rewarding for songwriters, artists, and rights holders. We are currently looking for a visionary and forward-thinking Vice President of Catalog Marketing to join our team in the United States. In this executive role, you will lead global strategies designed to drive catalog consumption, foster audience development, and ensure long-term revenue growth for some of the most iconic compositions in the world.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global catalog marketing strategy that prioritizes streaming growth, synch visibility, and cultural relevance.
- Utilize data insights and cultural trends to identify high-priority catalogs and compositions with significant commercial potential.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align on a unified vision, translating high-level strategy into actionable campaigns with measurable KPIs.
- Create compelling narratives that reintroduce timeless works to contemporary audiences through innovative digital experiences and partnerships.
- Collaborate with DSPs and media platforms to secure editorial opportunities and playlisting.
- Leverage social media trends and short-form video content to amplify the reach of our catalog.
- Partner with internal teams, including Creative, Sync, and Business Development, to support post-acquisition launches and shared marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive executive-level experience in music marketing, catalog management, publishing, or entertainment strategy.
- A proven track record of building successful multi-platform campaigns that drive both audience growth and revenue.
- Deep expertise in streaming trends, digital audience behavior, and the catalog music landscape.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent storytelling abilities combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a resourceful environment.
- Established professional relationships with DSPs, media partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is 130,000 USD to 170,000 USD. Please note that this range is based on specific location requirements and will be commensurate with your individual experience.
